Kimberly Allen, RN
Kimberly is a registered nurse with over 11 years of nursing experience. She has always loved the aesthetic side of nursing and has a passion for cosmetics, skin care and beauty. She was born and raised in Lake County. She started her healthcare journey in high school when she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and was involved in the Health Occupations Students of America club. She received a full scholarship to the medical assisting program from Lake County Office of Education and became a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. In 2012 she became a Licensed Vocational Nurse and in 2018 she became a Registered Nurse. She is currently employed at Sutter Lakeside Hospital and joined our team at Specialty Care and Surgery Center in 2022. She offers multiple services including micro needling with PRP (platelet rich plasma), VPL (varied pulsed light), Botox, & advanced filler injections. She lives with her fiancé, son and her two cats. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling and going to local events. Kim is looking forward to helping her patients reach their aesthetic skin care goals.
CLARE TANTI, RN
Clare is a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse with a passion for both obstetrics and cosmetic nursing. While she loves being a part of bringing babies into the world, Clare has always been interested in cosmetic nursing and is committed to helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals while maintaining their natural beauty. Born and raised in Sonoma County, Clare graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College in 2014 with a degree in nursing and moved to Lake County in 2015 and has been working at Sutter Lakeside Hospital in the Family Birth Center ever since. Clare joined our team at Specialty Care and Surgery Center in 2023. As a devoted wife and mother of two girls, Clare understands the importance of family and enjoys spending time with her loved ones. She also has a passion for travel, camping, and adventure, always seeking new experiences and challenges. Clare is dedicated to providing exceptional care to her patients and is committed to making them feel beautiful and confident. Her expertise, compassion, and commitment to natural results make her a valuable asset to our team.
Lisa Hutton, Office Manager
Lisa’s career path in the medical field has been quite extensive. After completing high school, she attended Santa Rosa Junior College to further her education. She then worked for a General Surgeon before returning to Lake County and joining Dr. Dhanda’s practice in 1991. In 1993, Lisa and her family relocated for eight years, during which she served as an office manager for an Eye Plastic Surgeon. After the birth of her twins, they decided to move back to Lake County, where Lisa could raise their three children. In addition to assisting her husband with his water well drilling business, she currently works full-time as Dr. Dhanda’s office manager and surgery scheduler. Lisa’s experience and dedication in the medical field have certainly shaped her career path.
Carol Stahr, LVN
Carol Stahr is a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Specialty Care & Surgery Center and has worked with Dr. Dhanda since June 2004. She has proven her dedication to the healthcare field. It’s impressive that she balances her professional life with being a married mother of five children. Her volunteer work with Worldwide Healing Hands and participation in medical missions demonstrate her commitment to helping others. Carol’s contributions to the medical field and her community are truly commendable.
Dorey Pendleton, Licensed Esthetician
Dorey Pendleton is a licensed Esthetician who transitioned into the field after a 27-year banking career. She attended Esthetic’s school and obtained her license in February 2007. Dorey is passionate about teaching women about good skin care, boosting their self-confidence, and making them feel better about themselves. She achieves this by discussing their skin care concerns and goals, and creating personalized treatment plans for each client. Dorey offers a range of services including skin care treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, professional make-up application, and waxing. Her aim is to make every woman feel special and pampered..
EMILY KEISER, LICENSED MICROBLADING ARTIST
Emily Keiser is a licensed and certified Microblading artist who has always had a passion for beauty. In 2021, she started her journey at Specialty Care and Surgery Center as a front desk receptionist. Her goal is to enhance all of her clients’ natural beauty, and she takes pride in her work. Emily was born and raised in Lake County and enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing with her cat Tai, and traveling (and of course Microblading). With her warm personality and attention to detail, Emily is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for her clients.
